These shoes are literally the bees knees.  They feel like you're walking on clouds with insane support. 

These come with a super thick insole that is removable.  If you leave the insole as is, then size up one if you're in between sizes.  A size 10 will likely want the 11.

If you plan to remove the insole and add a flat sock, they are true to size. Ash is a 9/9.5 and wears the 10 with the original insole and can do the 9.5 with a flat sock in lieu of the insole.
